Abstract

The process of adaptation methodology for automated monitoring systems with multi-level transformation of information to monitor the conditions of fire safety. Describes the main stages of the multi-level structure of the global function of information transfer and its implementation in the form of aggregate. An example of using an information system that contains a global function of aggregate structure, in order to increase the effectiveness of MOE units on separate administrative territory. According to the results of the implementation proved more efficient functioning of the territorial divisions of MES and the State Inspectorate of technological security by taking into account changes in the influence of factors on the results obtained using the new information system.
