Abstract

The article considers the situation of success as a basic condition for the prevention of training deviancy of school-age children with mental retardation. The paper identifies the characteristic deviations in learning activities of children of the studied category. Possibilities of a situation of success in preventing training deviancy of primary school children with mental retardation are actualized. Attention is focused on the creation of a situation of success in the educational activity of younger schoolchildren with mental retardation.
