IMPLEMENTATION OF COMPETENCE-ACTIVITY APPROACH IN PREPARING FOOD PRODUCTION BACHELORS
AbstractThis paper is devoted to improving the quality of education in Russia. Formed on the basis of the competence-based approach to education is considered in the context of the Bologna process. Enabling competence approach in the education system defined by the transformation taking place in the last decade changing the educational paradigm, and is considered a set of beliefs, values, technical aids, which are characteristic of members of this community.
