ETHNOCULTURAL TRADITIONS AS FACTOR OF RURAL SCHOOL DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

Specific way of rural life, cultural features of rural communities, their rites and customs – all of that describes the term “ethnocultural traditions”, which is one of the key factors of rural school development. Ethnocultural traditions can be preserved and reproduced by means of ethnostaging. In the context of rural school educational system, ethnostaging is historically determined and educationally appropriate activity of teachers, schoolchildren and their parents.
